Good morning Cairo! After the tour briefing, we will drive through the modern streets of Giza where we will find The Pyramids standing proud. Hop on a camel and experience your first desert-like trip on the friendly creatures’ backs. Be left breathless by the Sphinx himself.
After the Giza plateau, we drive to the oldest building in the history of mankind. The Stepped Pyramid of Djoser situated in Saqqara. Take note of the gigantic date trees as we enter the complex. Also see if you can spot the Giza Pyramids from here on a clear day.
We will then make our way to the train station where we will travel overnight by train to Aswan.

We arrive in Aswan mid day visiting the High Dam, which is part of Lake Nasser – the largest man made lake in the world. We take a short motorboat trip to the Philae Temple where we can assure you, by sunset, you will capture Egypt in all of its beauty. Tonight we will walk through the Aswan markets where you can shop for some traditional Egyptian goods.

All aboard? We start sailing towards Luxor. On our way we will dock to get up close and personal with the temple of Kom Ombo. This temple still shows traces of colored painted papyrus pillars and ceilings. It also houses crocodile mummies that are hundreds of years old. Back on board we cover a short distance to the town of Edfu. This temple is majestic to say the least. Dedicated to Horus, it houses rows and rows of papyrus pillars which allow picture perfect photos. We spend the night sailing on the Nile approaching Luxor. Enjoy having a special party for the Xmas on board the cruise boat

Merry Xmas Luxor wishes you a good morning. Please join us while we explore the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Karnak was ancient Egyptian Ipet-isut - "The Most Selected of Places", the main place of worship of the Theban Triad with Amun as its head, in the monumental city of Thebes. Luxor temple, with its causeway lined with sphinxes, which used to lead all the way to the Temple of Karnak, is considered one of the most well preserved temples in all of Egypt.

We make our way to the west bank. We will visit the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Hatshepsut and on our way back to the east bank, we will greet the Colossi of Memnon. Farewell Luxor, we shall leave you for Cairo by over night train.

And we are back to where it all started, but Cairo still has a few things to offer you. After freshening up, join us to our trip to the Egyptian Museum. It is home to the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities in the world.
